We are delighted to share with you that, on 14 December 2021, Chemtech Environmental was acquired by Cawood, the UK’s largest independent provider of analytical laboratory testing services for the land-based industries.

This is exciting news as our plans for growth can now be fast-tracked through an extended service offering and the backing of the wider group.

John and Karan Campbell will continue to lead Chemtech and are supported by the wider Executive Management Team: Zoe Farrington (Commercial Director) and Ryan Wetherell (Operations Director). We will also be working closely with the Cawood team to help maintain our reputation for a fast, accurate and reliable service during our growth. Please be assured it is very much business as usual!

There is no doubt this move will help us to develop all areas of the business and further improve our already strong accreditation status to meet customer demand.

Our continued working relationship with our customers is important to us. That’s why day-to-day contact with the business will remain unchanged, with the same committed bunch of people looking after you. As Cawood and Chemtech have the same approach to customers and colleagues, we have no doubt they are an excellent fit for our business.
